I believe we reached a point where it might be worth dividing between #enshittification and #ensloppification.
Used to do lockpicking, Blogger (sometimes), Linux/FreeBSD fan, law interested, hobby pastor, loafers, tinkering as Werner at Armbian Linux while having no idea what I am doing, used to suffer from cynicism, father, husband, cat person Mixed English/German content Tooting on his own # mastodon instance just to have a weird domain name. Literally no other reason. AI: "You're absolutely right." stackoverflow: "You're absolutely wrong."

Let's take #windows11 as an example. I'd say its a victim of #ensloppification since
#ai is the main contributor of making it worse and worse by forcing it into and even allow it to write code used in #windows.
In other terms like privacy or performance it always was garbage by design, so hard to put it into #enshittification (making it worse there too to say) category. That said previously calling it a victim is quite an odd thing to say...
