It feels like there'd be a genuine draw for customers if a business had some sort of "No Phone Call Required" badge on their listing/website. Hell, if you have to ask other questions, give a few non calling options - SMS or Signal or WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger or iMessage or email. But seriously, if I saw a small business with a "No Phone Call Required" badge, they'd instantly move to the top of my list.
