"The Luxembourg courts have annulled a €746 million fine leveled against #Amazon by the country’s privacy regulator.
The court said that the data protection authority (#CNPD) failed to properly analyze Amazon’s “degree of fault” relating to certain #privacy breaches.
The court did confirm “the essence of the violations of the GDPR” that were identified by the CNPD, but noted that “these have now been resolved.” 😭
