@ferrix@mastodon.online @MLE_online@social.afront.org I find it somewhat useful. In September I started sleeping badly, but not often enough to really note it, but I did feel off. After a couple of months of it was clear I was getting 30 minutes less sleep on average than just prior. I was able to trace it to a medication change and fix it. But I'm not scrutinizing every day's data like casting bones.
